We are looking for a proactive, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary team. The post provides lots of variety and as a member of the MHICS Wokingham team you will support both GP Services and NHS staff.
The MHICS administrator’s role is to ensure that all administrative functions are delivered and run smoothly for the benefit of the service and its service users. Therefore, we are looking to recruit someone with excellent interpersonal skills and initiative who can work in a busy team.
Being the first point of contact for the Mental Health Integrated Community Service in Wokingham, the successful candidate will be responsible for a number of tasks, including the administration of incoming referrals, booking appointments, supporting the team with administration of reports, assessment letters and answering incoming telephone calls from clients, their families and third parties, and organising and taking minutes at a variety of meetings.
This is a full-time role, 9-5 and you will be based at the office in Resource House, Wokingham, with the possibility of occasional homeworking.

• Knowledge of administration and/or office procedures
• Previous knowledge or experience of working in an office and/or customer care environment, undertaking administrative duties
