The ROH is currently going through an exciting period of large-scale digital transformation. We are seeking to recruit a Project Support Officer to join the Service Improvement Team to support major digital/improvement projects within the Programme that will drive advances in patient care and deliver efficient processes across the Trust.
This is an exciting role for the right candidate as theTrustare working on an array of projects,EPR implementation, MSKTransformation APP, Robotic Process Automation, Digitising paper records to name but a few and you will be a key member of the team.
The post holder will bring experts together to identify, define, and promote new ways of working. To do this, they will need to become familiar with the digital tools available, including clinical and non-clinical systems and internally developed solutions, as well as familiarise themselves with patient pathways and operational processes as this role will support and work within the Service Improvement team on the implementation of new digital systems working closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts whilst building relationships with teams across the organisation.

The Project Support Officer is a key position within the Service Improvement Team, in which the post holder will provide efficient and effective project and administrative support to senior
staff in the planning, delivery and reporting of projects that fall within the Digital Transformation Programme as well as the Service Improvement Programme. This post holder will also frequently lead, offering advice to senior staff and responding to ongoing and new needs, to support the delivery of Trust strategic priorities.
