Job Responsibilities:

The PM function is organized along product and sector considerations. In addition, you will monitor and identify market developments and proactively manage their potential impact on your portfolio by:

• Maintaining internal portfolio tracking metrics;

• Assist in full spectrum of HR
• Maintaining employee records
• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding
• Managing payroll and benefits administration
• Coordinating training and development programs
• Handling employee inquiries and complaints
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements:

• At least diploma or relevant HR cert
• At least 1 yrs experience
• Good attitude
