This is a full-time clinical and strategic leadership role, hosted by NELFT in connection to the MHST's across North East London – this will include those provided in Newham, Tower hamlets, City and Hackney, Waltham Forest, Barking and Dagenham, Redbridge, and Havering areas (referred to as NEL).

The post holder will be responsible for the clinical and strategic leadership of the NEL wide MHST’s. The post-holder will work closely with the Assistant Directors and other relevant leadership roles in the multiple organsiations who are commissioned to provide MHST's in the NEL area.

You will promote and develop effective relationships with key partners, especially the local authority, commissioners, schools, voluntary & community & social enterprise and other agencies working in the NEL area.

The post-holder will be a post-graduate qualified psychological practitioner (e.g. clinical psychologist, family therapist, child and adolescent psychotherapist) or other relevant professionally registered practitioner e.g. registered nurse. Have extensive clinical and operational leadership experience and will support their teams, acting as an effective team member whilst working on their own initiative.

· To set, implement and evaluate clear, achievable and measurable clinical objectives for the NEL MHSTs.

· To assist with the effective management of operational services and resources within the designated service areas, including budgets, and staffing as appropriate.

· To initiate and implement programmes to achieve strategic and clinical changes and improvement to services and systems.

· To act as the point of contact for NEL wide MHST programme oversight

· To ensure that there is a research culture within NEL MHSTs. To coordinate the implementation of Research & Development (R&D) activity within the service. This may include securing externally funded or multidisciplinary research.

· To provide strategic and clinical leadership and to liaise with commissioners at ICB area levels across multiple contracts.

Working as part of the psychology team and broader MDT, the postholder will provide a clinical psychology service to the 3 adult acute wards and 1 psychiatric intensive care unit in Salford. You will be well supported by and work closely with the service’s principal inpatient Clinical Psychologist, Senior Clinical Psychologist and Assistant Psychologists to deliver the highest quality clinical psychology service to the inpatient wards where you will be based. Each ward is staffed by a full multidisciplinary team who always put service user care at the heart of their practice and work on a model of trauma-informed, least restrictive practice. You will work with them to ensure that the psychological needs of service users and staff are understood and met.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2x enthusiastic, motivated and creative clinical leads for Meadowbrook inpatient unit. Following an investment for safer staffing, Meadowbrook unit are investing in two clinical leads to cover two wards each to provide clinical leadership, work alongside the MDT with complex cases and support the ward manager in the development of wellbeing of staff.

Meadowbrook is a 67 bedded unit on the site of Salford Royal Hospital for adults of working age that has 2x male acute wards, 1x female acute ward and 1x male psychiatric intensive care unit. It is a dynamic and fast paced environment that offers a challenge, with a high level of support.

You will ensure staff commitment evidence-based practice and ensure the delivery of a quality service .

You will have the necessary skills to lead, support colleagues, and be visible and accessible to staff across all of the wards.

The post holder must hold a current nursing qualification (RMN) and have demonstrable post registration experience in an acute inpatient setting.

You will also have experience of designing and running QI projects and in coordinating and delivering training.

The post requires excellent clinical skills in risk assessment as meaningful analysis, care planning and delivering evidence based interventions, as well as a keen interest in all aspects of acute inpatient mental health service provision.

The post holder will be responsible for supporting and developing clinical leadership and practice within the in-patient unit, providing expertise and support as required working work closely with the Matron / Operational manager to ensure an effective and high-quality service provision.



The post holder will have an active role in the MDT to support with complex cases, discharge planning and multi-agency working. As a Credit Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for a range of activities critical to the delivery of VWFS UK's Risk Management strategy, including the production of management information that we use to inform business strategy and ensure the business is operating within risk appetite.

The post holder will be responsible for providing clinical care to the 19 inpatients and medical leadership to the Eagleton ward team, as well as supporting and contributing to the management and development of the ward functioning. The post holder will work with the Home-Based Treatment Team and Care Coordinators from the three Community Mental Health Teams in Salford, to facilitate discharge, and provide an alternative to inpatient admission.

Clinical role
• Undertake assessments of referrals/ admissions to the service

At Manpower we have another exciting opportunity for someone within the Finance sector to join the wonderful team of one of our Automotive Clients based in Milton Keynes.

The primary purpose of the role will be to support the with numerous financial processes, including processing purchase orders, invoicing, monitoring budgets and spend, and some credit control support will be required.

This analytical role will require reconciliation work and customer finance management, with direct contact with customers, key stakeholders and internal departments.

Main responsibilities:

• Raising Purchase Orders for services due to be incurred
• Monitoring spends against set budgets and cost centres
• Processing invoices against purchase orders
• Creating invoices.
• To support with Month End activities including processing invoicing and performing spot checks for accuracy of information
• To perform monthly reconciliations for key accounts, verifying accuracy of information
• Investigating any finance queries, working with internal stakeholders to find a resolution for key accounts and corporate customers.
• To pull reports from the rental system and send these regularly to the relevant stakeholders as a back-up for the required Finance information
• To run pre-existing reports following a set process document.

This is a key role in Volkswagen Bank (VWB) and as Credit Manager, you will be responsible for the effective Credit Management and Assessment of all aspects of lending for Volkswagen Bank Branch. Your role is to manage the approval (voting process) of the Corporate Dealer portfolio alongside the General Manager - Credit Assessment (Back Office), plus the management of those accounts that are in Problem Loan Management (PLM) and Intensified Loan Management (ILM) as defined by the OMEB handbook. You will have a strong focus on risk mitigation and will do this by managing the credit risk, reputational risk and strategic alignment to Volkswagen Group and Volkswagen Bank GmbH

You will lead negotiations with external agencies for non-performing loans (PLM & ILM) to ensure that VWB's losses are minimised

You will have the day to day management of the portfolio of PLM, ILM and Back Office voting including:

• The preparation of scheduled reviews
• Review of Credit packs following Front Office votes
• Management of Back Office votes in line with defined credit competencies. Plus working in collaboration with Risk Management colleagues in Germany on a Common Second Vote for those reviews that fall in to their competence
• Collation of ongoing borrower MI, including but not limited to, management accounts, composite submissions and Bank statements
• Liaison with PLM & ILM accounts regarding trading activity and performance vs. budget
• Liaison with key stakeholders (including Business Owners and Financial Directors.)
• Negotiation of credit limits and securities with borrowers, including liaison with other lenders and professionals
• Make recommendations to the PLM & ILM accounts regarding financial processes to ensure future trading and viability
• Liaison with Legal Services regarding PLM & ILM accounts. Including the enforcement of securities and risk mitigation activities within the legal framework of the wholesale funding arrangements
• Monitor the specific provisions of the PLM borrowers and ensure that all PLM dealers are provided for at an adequate level and within the overall parameters of OMEB
• Represent Marktfolge in the Dealer Risk and Franchise Review Meetings review meetings and provide updates regarding the current trading positions of all the PLM & ILM accounts
• Lead VWB's understanding of Insolvency processes, taking a proactive approach to managing key relationships with motor finance specialists (EY, Grant Thornton, KPMG, UHY Hacker Young etc.)
• Represent VWB at key stakeholder meetings usually arising as part of a funding group to pre-empt an insolvency process
• Act as a key point of liaison with VWG Network Development to ensure that VWB has a full understanding of VWG's planned activities for PLM & ILM accounts
• Review audit compliance reports in accordance with agreed procedures
• Some external customer visits may be required
• Liaison with the Front Office teams for Volkswagen Bank
