The ECG Associate Practitioner role is a foundation clinical role within our healthcare science department and as such the post holder will be expected to be using foundation scientific skills and knowledge to underpin and develop their work. Clinical work will be carried out directly with patients in purpose built dedicated ECG rooms. The post holder will perform, analyse, interpret and compare simple foundation investigative and clinical options, received in routine and occasionally in non routine ways eg ECG Tests on wards and outpatients. The post holder can expect to be following local proformas, workflows and guidelines for patient management, acquired through formal inhouse training. Work will need to be prioritised and escalated in line with department guidance. The post holder will be expected to make simple foundation judgements, involving basic facts or situations that impact on patients. They will be expected to communicate and work with a multidisciplinary professional team, assist ongoing research projects, and contribute to the educational needs of the ECG team and other professions and participate in the Trust training within the scope of the ECG Team. The post holder will be expected to maintain the patient at the centre of all their decision making processes. Executive, Finance Operation, NTU Shared Service – Finance

This position is responsible for providing transactional and administrative support to ensure accurate, effective and efficient operations of Non-Supplier Invoice/Payment Processing. The Executive will carry out accounting tasks that are related to the actual efficient maintenance and processing of the university’s accounts payable and reimbursement transactions. Position Summary: 

The Insurance Billing Specialist’s main focus is to obtain maximum and appropriate reimbursement for Bozeman Health and all related entities,  hospital (HB) and/or professional (PB) claims from third party payers.  Supports the timely development and accurate submission of claims to third party payers to include insurance follow-up related to no response, returned claims, denied claims, or claim edits preventing claim submission, submitting corrected or replacement claims, and combining hospital accounts in accordance with payer billing policies.   Monitor, resolve or escalate payer denials, returned claims, claim edits, correspondence and report payer claim processing behavior to assist with identifying systemic issues that may require process improvement to strengthen the health of the Revenue Cycle as well escalating identified concerns to the HB or PB Supervisor.   Collaborate and coordinate with other Revenue Cycle functions or departments to resolve DNBs, claim edits, denials that are preventing  timely claim submission or appropriate reimbursement.  Prioritizes and completes accounts routed to billing WQs to reduce accounts receivable days and escalates high-dollar accounts or systemic issues to either the HB or PB Billing supervisor for resolution.

Job Description:

This job is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for financial center clients, helping to uncover personal banking needs of both individual and small business clients, offering appropriate solutions, and connecting clients to specialists. Key responsibilities include deepening client relationships through platform services, supporting clients with self-service or transactional activities, and providing exceptional client care. Job expectations include proactively connecting with clients through outbound calls and conducting consistent follow-up routines.

Responsibilities:

• Partners with teams to provide financial center clients with both consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies when uncovering personal banking needs and helping clients navigate their unique life priorities

• Assists, educates, and trains clients on conducting simple transactions through self-service technologies

• Leverages available resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy

• Adheres to established processes, laws, and guidelines in performing day-to-day activities, such as opening accounts, account maintenance, and Digital Assisted Shopping

• Manages client interactions by taking the best course of action for the bank and its clients and abiding by all regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Has a minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment. In lieu of this requirement, has previously held the role of Relationship Manager (RM), Advisor Development Program (ADP) RM, Credit Solutions Advisor (CSA I), or Relationship Manager Business Owner Specialist (RMBOS) at Bank of America for a minimum of six months.

[What the role is]

This is a 2-year contract position as a Lead Executive in the Finance Office.

[What you will be working on]

You will be part of Ngee Ann Polytechnic Finance team to drive and lead automation and process improvement projects and revamp the Finance intranet.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Understand and identify opportunities to leverage on analytics and technology to automate/streamline processes.

• Plan, design, and develop automated processes using tools such as VBA, Python, UiPath and  Power Automate.

• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during the planning, implementation, and maintenance of automated systems.

• Plan, design and revamp the Finance intranet. 

• Deliver training and assistance to teams for the adoption of new automated processes and systems.

• Assist in other ad hoc projects and finance duties as assigned.

You may be rotated to other sections in the Finance Office.
