Become a Support Worker
What matters to the people we support matters to us. It’s their life, their way.
We are looking for someone to join the team supporting 5 gentleman who live in the Methley area on the outskirts of Leeds.
You will be working in their home, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. They love getting out for a walk or a drive and eating out too, so if you know the best places to visit, we want to hear from you.
We have full and part time opportunities available. You should be available to work a variety of shifts across the week and some weekends. For this role it would be desirable if you are a driver as our gentleman have their own cars and like to make the most of their activity time.
So if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.
