As a result extra investment that came into Mental Health services as part of the NHS Long term Plan, we are excited to be able to expand and transform what we offer to this service user group and their families.

We are looking to recruit 1 full time Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner working as part of the Personality Disorder Hub, working within the LMHT's across the City. There will be an expectation that you will be able to work and travel across the whole of the area whilst also travelling to Mandala Centre as required. However, you will be based at a named LMHT for the majority of your time.

You will be working as a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner primarily delivering SCM (Structured Clinical Management) to clients on an individual and group basis (training will be provided as required). You will be expected to undertake assessment and formulation work for clients who meet the criteria for the personality disorder pathway within the LMHT caseload, as well as undertaking time limited case management with the aim of supporting clients to access evidenced based psychological interventions.

You will also be expected to support the wider LMHT in working with and managing clients with complex emotional needs. This will include providing some elements of training, consultation and supervision to the LMHT as well as being involved in MDT's and case discussions.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday.

We have 1 positions available, covering the LMHT's in the City. There is an expectation that you would be able to be flexible as required and cross cover amongst all of the LMHT's.

This position is for Registered Mental Health/Learning Disability Nurse (RMN) or AHPs.

You will provide SCM to the LMHT caseload as well as undertaking other short-term pieces of assessment and formulation work whilst providing training, consultation and supervision to LMHT colleagues. Whilst you will be embedded within the LMHT's, your line management and supervision will come from the PD Pathway Hub. Depending upon future funding, there may be opportunities for further training in other forms of treatment/therapy for clients with personality difficulties.

We are seeking a suitably skilled nurse to join our physical healthcare services to the resident adult population of the Newark locality.

Providing appropriate community nursing care following a robust holistic assessment which enables patients to be cared for in their own homes and clinic settings. You will facilitate the prevention of unnecessary hospital admission/re-admission by reducing the effects of ill health and disability and maximising the individual’s potential for independence.

Starting salary of £21,000 to £24,000 with a salary increase following training

Our award winning Nottinghamshire based client is looking for a Finance Administrator to provide high quality service to the rest of their team and work closely alongside the Finance Manager.

THE ROLE

As a Finance Administrator you will be instrumental to the smooth operation of the business, ensuring purchase orders are raised, customer invoices are created and sent in a timely manor, and supplier invoices are processed and approved for payment. Your key duties will be:

Creating new customer and supplier accounts onto Sage
Processing sales orders
Raising invoices, purchase orders and applications for payments
Uploading invoices onto customer portals
Sending customer statements
Inputting supplier invoices, coding and matching POD’s
Maintaining the sage system with updates
Processing of credit card expenses onto Excel and Sage
Keeping product costs up to date on Sage
Any other duties relating to the finances of the company that may be required

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal Finance Administrator will be able to demonstrate the following:

A Vacancy at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.


Due to a new service development, there is an exciting opportunity for 3 wellbeing practitioner/ social prescribers to join a multi-agency team caring for young people 16+ in a supported accommodation setting.

Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) Children and Families Commissioning and Contracts team intend to build on the existing 16+ Supported Accommodation model by integrating a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) to deliver a specialist psychologically informed service to young people in the Supported Accommodation model.

The need to do something different arose from the strategic review of 16+ Supported Accommodation provision where it was identified that young people and commissioned providers would benefit from access to specialist mental health/wellbeing and substance use specialists. NCC made a successful bid for DfE funding to provide a Staying Close Offer in Nottinghamshire. A key component of the bid was the creation of the MDT. Negotiations with Public Health and Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust (NHT) have been underway since January 2023 to design and shape the intended service.

Research and evidence has shown that a high proportion of young people in supported accommodation have experienced significant child trauma and that past trauma affects young people in the present day, specifically in terms of emotional regulation, processing and communicating how they feel and why they are feeling strong emotions. Evidence has also shown that 75% of young people in supported accommodation have either/both mental health issues and/or substance abuse issues. This can lead to behaviour in supported accommodation services that is challenging and may contribute to breakdowns in accommodation provision.

Supported accommodation providers are not specialists in these areas and interventions /responses to behaviours can at times unintentionally contribute to escalations in behaviours. In the most extreme cases young people lose their homes due to a lack of appropriate mental health/substance use/wellbeing interventions.

A recognition of these challenges and a desire to improve outcomes for young people, reduce unplanned departures from services and improve the health and wellbeing of young people in the 16+ Support Accommodation provision has led to the development of the MDT.

The MDT will consist of mental health practitioners, wellbeing workers and substance use workers. The team will provide support and interventions to prevent young people feeling overwhelmed with the day-to-day challenges of managing their wellbeing, childhood trauma, or self-medication with substances. Young people will have better access to specialist services, will feel better able to manage their emotional wellbeing, mental health and reduce any harmful substance use.

The MDT will also support the development of the skills and emotional resilience of the workforce- supporting with vicarious trauma in the form of psychologically informed incident and reflective practice.



This post is eligible for a Golden Hello payment of £2,750 for new starters who are external to the Trust. This is payable in 3 instalments over a 2 year period. This payment is only eligible to new starters who do not already hold a contract of employment with the Trust and have not been an employee of the Trust in the previous 3 years. This post also includes paid enhancements for unsocial hours working during night, weekends and bank holidays.
