GENERAL FUNCTION:

Selected candidates are intended to become a Retail Personal Banker I after completing a 4-8 week on-boarding and education program that includes rotations in operations and Sales & Service. There will be a certification at the conclusion of the program to provide selected candidates the opportunity to demonstrate skills necessary to successfully perform a role within the Retail Personal Banker job family. The Personal Banker I is a Financial Center position focused on using the consultative sales process to proactively identify and meet the financial needs of customers or prospects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a thorough customer profile and identify current and future financial needs.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions using our value proposition.
• Utilize CAMP and other approved Marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Primarily focused on cross-selling to existing customer base and engaging in outside sales activities (i.e. Membership Advantage onsite presentations, business sales calls, community financial literacy events, etc.) as directed.

• Consistently meet/exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals and enhance year-over-year revenue growth as measured by the Financial Center P&L.
• Provide guidance to CSRs with respect to the sales and referral process.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly, helpful demeanor and professionalism.
• Act with confidence by answering customer questions and owning customer issues.

The Audit Manager is an intermediate level role responsible for managing a team that is performing complex and critical audits and assessments of Citi’s risk and control environments in coordination with the Audit team. • The Project support analyst is a vital member of the Finance Transformation’s.

• Reporting to the project management team they will be part of the PMO office which manages and coordinates work across key pillars of the Finance Transformation Program including: culture, risk and controls, architecture and technology, data, and communication.

Job Summary

Interns will work closely with finance leadership and staff for direction on projects, tasks and responsibilities.  Work will involve hands on work on business plans, financial analysis, budgets, projections, and various other areas.  Interns will be involved in trending and analysis of reimbursement, costs related to supplies, pharmaceuticals and other areas of financial optimization. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The hiring salary for this position is $32.60 - $40.75 hourly.

This is classified as VHBE (Variable Hour Benefit Eligible), where the selected candidate will work an average of 40 hours per week.  The selected candidate will be eligible to elect Medical Benefits as well as accrue paid time off and receive 11 paid holidays.

Under the direction of the Manager of Risk Operations and Property and Casualty Claims Adjuster, handle and administer general liability, automobile liability and commercial property claims, including all aspects of claims investigation, adjustment, and subrogation functions for the Risk Management Division.

• Sets up new claim files in the Risk Management Information System (RMIS)

• Plans and conducts investigations, including site visits, on claims to determine liability and damages

• Assesses insurance coverage and applicability of Colorado Governmental Immunity Act on assigned claims

• Confers with Adjuster, management & legal counsel on potentially volatile claims

• Establishes claim reserves and adjusts/updates as necessary

• Determines subrogation and restitution recovery potential from 3rd parties

• Prepares and submits subrogation demand packages or restitution requests and negotiates settlements for damages

• Advises Safety of hazardous practices and/or equipment and trending losses to assist them with mitigation of future incidents

• Maintains claim records, notes & documents in the RMIS

• Performs additional duties as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & WORKING CONDITIONS

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, risk management or a related field. ARM or AIC designations preferred.

Experience:

• A minimum 3 years’ experience in claims, including experience with general liability and commercial property claims.

• Possesses demonstrated technical knowledge of general liability, property, and subrogation claims.

• Knowledge and experience with Colorado Governmental Immunity Act preferred. 

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of applicable State and Federal statutes; best practices for claims handling; general understanding of standard coverages in Commercial General Liability and Commercial Property insurance policies.

• Knowledge of computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point as well as general familiarity with an RMIS.

• Exceptional communication skills and de-escalation techniques for handling difficult people and sensitive/emotional situations.

Abilities:

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with claimants, employees, citizens, attorneys and third-party administrators.

• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

• Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Self-starter capable of working alone or with others.

• Uses discretion and independent judgment in claim handling.

Licenses, Certificates or Equipment Required:

• This position may require the incumbent to occasionally use personal equipment (e.g. vehicle, cell phone, etc.) in the course of their employment.

Physical Demands:

• Sedentary physical work requiring ability to lift a maximum of 10 pounds; occasional lifting, carrying, walking, and standing; hand/eye coordination for operation of computer keyboard; vision for review and analysis of data and reports; frequent speech communication, hearing and listening to maintain communication with employees, claimants and citizens.

About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

Fund Performance Analysis

• Conduct quantitative fund analysis to dissect the feature and performance of competitors’ fund products.
• Conduct multi-dimensional fund comparison between AIMHK’s funds and competing funds.
• Work with Group Investment’s Middle Office, AIMHK’s investment teams and AIAHK’s stakeholders to prepare regular and ad hoc fund performance related reports.

Portfolio Modelling & Simulation

• Conduct portfolio modelling, simulation and back-testing to validate and support new product ideas.
• Propose optimal asset and/or regional allocation mix for new fund products based on in-depth quantitative analysis and simulation.

Fund Ranking Modelling

• Manage and maintain an in-house developed Visual Basic fund ranking model.
• Run the fund ranking model on a regular basis and report the ranking results to AIAHK’s ILP team as part of AIMHK’s Type 4 advisory services.

Model Portfolios For ILAS/PLP Customers

• Assist AIAHK’s ILP team with the development and ongoing monitoring of model portfolios for ILAS/PLP customers.
• Conduct in-depth fund style and scenario analysis on funds on AIAHK’s ILAS platform to enhance the performance of model portfolios.

Ad hoc Quantitative Analysis

• Provide ad hoc quantitative analysis on investment fund markets.
• Communicate the findings to fellow colleagues of the Product & Business Development team. 

Stakeholder Management

• Establish good rapport with stakeholders within AIA Group, including AIAHK (e.g. investment, ILP & MPF teams), Group Investment (e.g. GIMO) and AIAIM in Singapore. 
• Provide investment & fund related supports to the MPF and ILAS teams of AIAHK. 

Minimum Job Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in quantitative finance or portfolio/fund analysis in fund houses, investment banks or financial institutions.
• Postgraduate qualification in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, actuarial science, or quantitative-related subjects.
• Well-verse in Visual Basic, Bloomberg and Morningstar system.
• Investment-related professional qualification (e.g. CFA, FRM or CIPM).
• In-depth understanding of quantitative dynamics of major asset classes, including equities, bonds and currencies.
• Ability to quantitatively translate investment product ideas into model portfolios and perform portfolio simulation.
• Knowledge of retail financial markets and wealth management products.
• Strong presentation and report-writing skills.
• Good team player with strong coordination skills to work with colleagues from various cultural background.

The Senior User Experience Engineer will work closely across the Digital, Design & Innovation organization and collaborate with the Lines of Business and cross-functional partners to bring the future of Fifth Third Bank to life.
