About the Role

Using your passion, creativity and enthusiasm for serving great food, you will help to prepare and serve food, set up the dining area, serve children and assist with clean up duties. Your main goal will be to assist in the school kitchen to provide excellent customer service to our most important customers: the children.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be taking on a key role that encompasses business partnering, budget/forecast ownership and Team Management. Your main focus will be business partnering across all levels and providing value add analysis to the Leadership team, challenging business cases and spotting risks and opportunities. You\'ll own the budgeting and planning process ensuring achievable targets are set and hit. You\'ll mentor and lead a small team of commercial analysts and support their development to future leaders. As part of the central finance team, you\'ll also support process improvement, identifying areas for positive change.


What you\'ll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/equivalent), you should evidence a strong level of business partnering experience and be confident liaising with stakeholders up to Director level. System skills including high volume data analysis is essential alongside team management skills.
