The Role
We are now seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team.

The ideal candidate will present with:
Relevant qualifications no less than a Diploma level, plus at least 3 years full time employment or no less than three years’ experience in a similar role, in lieu of a formal qualification.
Ability and experience working autonomously in a fast-paced commercial kitchen with a talented kitchen staff.
Ability to deliver high quality cuisine.
Experience planning menus and specials.
Flexibility to work split shifts, including evenings and weekends.
