Qualifications:
- Certificate 3 in Cookery or above
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
- Proven expertise in wok cooking, delivering sizzling and exquisite dishes
- Deep understanding of Chinese culinary traditions and flavors
- Strong knife skills and precision in food preparation
- Thorough knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to excel in a high-energy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
