Duties and responsibilities as a Kitchen Assistant/ Porter are:

• Wash dishes
• Load and unload the dish washer
• Keeping floors clean
• Sanitizing food prep areas

The ideal candidate for a Kitchen Assistant/ Porter will need:

• DBS (must have)
• Food Hygiene Level 1 (must have)
• PVG (must have)
• PPE- Chef whites, non slip shoes
• Full driving license

The rate of pay as a Food Service Assistant is:

Duties and responsibilities as a Food Service Assistant are :

• Taking customers orders for food and drink
• Serving customers
• Processing transactions by either cash or card
• Cleaning tables after customers have left
• Cleaning the general café area

The ideal candidate for a Food Service Assistant would need:

• DBS/ PVG
• Food Hygiene Certification
• Black clothes (PPE)
• Safety Shoes
