Job Description:
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in the F&B industry.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverages, with the ability to recall ingredients and dishes to assist customers and service staffs.
- Proven leadership skills with strong motivational and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills with a humble and polite approach.

Compensation:
- Working Location: 5-10 mins walking distance to MRT Maxwell, MRT Tanjong Pagar, MRT Telok Ayer.
- Working hours: 3pm to 11pm
- 5 working days (Sunday off & 1 day off depends on shift)

As a Food & Beverage Service Ambassador in one of the hotel's food & beverage outlets, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

• Handle food and beverage orders and serving guests.
• Provide great service to all guests.
• Anticipate guests' needs and have a keen eye to details.
• Assist preparation and setting up restaurant for food service, maintain tables, clear and reset tables.
• Ensure all available amenities and utensils are properly stocked and "ready" prior to service.
• Answering guests' enquiries.
• To perform other related duties as required by the outlet manager.

Requirements

• GCE O / N level or NITEC Certification of any discipline and/or WSQ certification
• Good interpersonal and customer services skills.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous Food & Beverage experience in a similar environment will be an added advantage but not necessary
• Customer oriented with a pleasant disposition.

Job Description:

• Utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served
