**Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Reporting to the Group General Manager (GGM) and assigned personnel, you will work towards achieving the restaurant's annual operational budget.
* Manage restaurant events and sales, including cold calls, corporate/internal events, and following up on email confirmations to meet customer expectations.
* Oversee all in-house reservation systems, including checking in and replying to emails regarding upcoming reservations, updating and blocking room status for private events, and sending out event proposals.
* Manage the RIVIERA Table Management System and handle event inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits regarding private room viewings.
* Collaborate with the Group General Manager (GGM) and team members to manage restaurant operations during corporate events and meal periods, ensuring company standards and service steps are upheld in all guest interactions.
* Ensure that checklists, requisitions, and proper opening and closing functions are completed for each event.
* Communicate positively with guests and employees, actively listening to requests, responding appropriately, and providing accurate information. Always consult with a supervisor when in doubt (no second-guessing).
* Follow all service and administrative steps outlined in training materials provided by the GM.
* Interact positively with customers, promoting the restaurant and its services. Always verify information before relaying it to guests or resolving issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
* Follow up on invoice billing after each event.
* Assist the GM with planning and setting up for special events and corporate dining.
* Track and resolve matters related to delivering event orders with clients and HQ.
* Coordinate with the GM and sales and marketing team to organize meetings and special events as requested.
* Greet and serve the needs of guests who patronize our restaurant.
* Plan and coordinate all promotional activities targeting clients and schedule activities for guests.
* Assist the GM in planning strategies to ensure that the company business plan is successfully delivered.
* Demonstrate a good knowledge of the restaurant menus and wine lists, and be ready to answer inquiries or complaints in a courteous and efficient manner, keeping the GM informed to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
* Ensure consistency in product quality and presentation as established by the company and GGM.
* Achieve sales targets by upselling beverages and food items while maintaining customer satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for hygiene, health, food safety, risk management, and maintaining a safe environment for all employees, especially during deliveries.
* Perform additional responsibilities as requested by the GM or assigned personnel.
