Primary Objective of Position

Your Tasks:

• Design Commercial Excellence and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) programs, including performance analysis, training and development of the sales teams, to drive excellence in the commercial execution across the Area

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Umsatzverantwortung für definierte Kunden im Bereich Handel / Homecare
• Definition und Implementierung quartals- und langfristiger Geschäftspläne und Strategien pro strategischen Partner
• Exekution und Nachverfolgung von den Geschäftsplänen gemeinsam mit dem jeweiligen Außendienstmitarbeiter / Regionalleiter (Matrixfunktion).
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen KAM
• Präsentationen bei Kunden und auf internen Meetings
• Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen mit Geschäftsführern im Bereich Handel
• Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie entsprechende Ableitungen
• Weiterentwicklung der Strategien / Aktivitäten im Bereich Handel
• Sie berichten an den Head Key Account Advanced Wound Care

IHR PROFIL

• Mehrjährige und nachweislich erfolgreiche Tätigkeit im Key Account Management idealerweise Handel mit Medizinprodukten
• Verhandlungsstärke, ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit sowie stark ausgeprägte analytische Kompetenz
• Profunde Erfahrungen in der Verhandlung sowie gute Kontakte mit Geschäftsführern
• Fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen Gesundheitssystems (z.B. Erstattung)
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse über betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
• Sie bringen sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, besonders Excel/PowerPoint und haben allgemein eine hohe technische Affinität im Umgang mit PC/Mobilen Endgeräten
• Hohe Reise- und Übernachtungsbereitschaft wird vorausgesetzt
• Ihre Deutschkenntnisse sind fließend in Wort und Schrift
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
