Our Branch Supervisors are an essential part of the store management team, sharing responsibility for a number of key areas throughout the store and deputising for the Store Manager and Senior Team Leader in their absence. With a natural flair for team work, Branch Supervisors enjoy taking responsibility and are confident in thinking on their feet to resolve a variety of everyday challenges - all with a positive outlook while maintaining great customer and colleague relations.

As a Branch Supervisor you will be a key-holder, often opening or closing the store, and be hands-on in ensuring store standards are second to none and that the store is safe and legal. You will motivate the customer service team to provide a professional, friendly and enthusiastic service at all times, leading by example on food preparation and service, food safety, stock management and customer service.

While previous supervisory experience in retail, particularly in grocery or food to go, would be an advantage, we are looking to hear from anyone with great customer service and team working skills.

Average Earnings: ££120 - £170 per day

Whether you're currently working as a Student, self-employed Groundskeeper, Handyman, Electrician, Gardener, Landscaper, Painter & Decorator, Roofer, Carpenter, Window Cleaner, Mechanic, Bricklayer, Tiler, Plasterer, Builder, Tree Surgeon, Heating Engineer, Plumber, or Gas Engineer, we’d love to hear from you. Any background welcome.
If you don't have your own vehicle and able to work 6 days, then we can hire you a van that you can take home and use for personal use too!

What we're looking for?

As a delivery driver, you will utilise your own vehicle or a van rented to you, along with a smartphone app, to efficiently deliver and collect parcels. Daily, you'll maintain clear communication with both depot management and customers, providing updates on the progress of deliveries.
Using an optimised planned route, you'll load, inspect, secure, and deliver parcels, ensuring a seamless and prompt, reliable delivery experience to customers.
Full Training is provided to ensure that you reach your potential quickly.
