Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Assisting in daily restaurant and bar operations.
*Preparing drinks for customers according to the beverage recipes set by management.
*Maintenaning cleanliness in the bar area at all times.
*Possessing a thorough knowledge and understanding of all beverage items on the menu including their recipes and staying updated on menu changes for both food and beverages including pricing.
*Welcoming customers, actively listening to their preferences to recommend beverages. Be observant, detail-oriented, and courteous while ensuring customers have an enjoyable experience.
*Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials by upselling.
*Checking identification to ensure customers are of legal age to purchase alcohol.
*Preparing and ensuring all bar mise en place is sufficient for daily operations. Following procedures for the opening and closing of daily operaitons.
*Adhering to all policies set by the restaurant manager, including thosed related to food safety, quality standards, wormplace safety, security , and hygiene.
*Assist in monthly inventory management.
*Performing all other ad hoc duties as assigned by management to ensure the profitability of the restaurant.
