About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join a prestigious and renowned hospitality venue. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional service, working in a high-end setting, and being part of a talented team, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll be delivering outstanding dining experiences to our guests while working in a beautiful and unique environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to detail and an excellent guest experience.
Serve food and drinks with confidence, ensuring that all items are presented according to our high standards.
Assist with the set-up and breakdown of dining areas, ensuring the space is immaculate and ready for guests.
Stay knowledgeable about the menu and provide recommendations to guests when necessary.
Ensure all service areas are kept clean and well-organised throughout service.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver smooth, efficient service.
Handle guest enquiries and requests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar front-of-house or waiting role, ideally in a high-end or fine dining environment.
A passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
A keen eye for detail, ensuring service standards are always met.
Applicants must be able to visit the venue for a trial shift as part of the interview process.
