Prepare and cook a range of Indian Curry dishes as per the demand. Have a full operational knowledge of all recipes, standards, portion sizes and Presentation style of various curries produced in the kitchen. Able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of traditional Indian curries.

Responsibilities:

Chef responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes. You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:
Experience in Indian Curry, preferably chicken/lam tikka masala Curry, chicken/lam korma Curry at the professional level.
At least 3-year experience as a professional chef in a quality restaurant or hotel & Experience to manage high quality, and hygiene standards.
Good English Language skill.

Your Duties...


Prepare, cook and serve hot and cold meals as and when required
Assist the Head Chef in ensure high quality wholesome meals are prepared and served for each resident
Deputise the Head Chef in their absence
Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy at all times
Assist with food preparation and catering in accordance with Health and Safety and Food Standard regulations.
