The Role:

• As Night Auditor, you will provide night-hour reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out
• Complete audits, as required in a timely matter
• A Night Auditor contributes to the first impressions of our Guests
• Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in/out
• Ensure that both the Night Manager and Night Team are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments
• Ensure that the night porter checklist is complete
• Always demonstrate a high level of customer service
• Attend appropriate training courses, when required, and assist with the Night Team's training and development efforts
• Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties
• Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
• Use the correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy
• Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems
• Follow company brand standards

• Food & Beverage Supervisor motives the team and to leads by example
• Assist the Management team the Food & Beverage Manager in the smooth operation of the department.
• Support and delivers training to team members, actively develops the skills and knowledge of their team
• Have a visible presence within the outlet to ensure that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively and points learned from complaints are used to enhance future customer service
• Deal with guest complaints and reacts in a friendly and efficient manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction

• Ensure the department is always prepared for business and forthcoming days service
• Communicating and cooperating with all colleagues in all departments
• Always Ensuring there is a high standard of personal hygiene and personal presentation throughout the team
• Ensure all Health & Safety /Food safety compliance are adhered to. Reports any hazard, accident, loss, or damage to management

Head Chef

* 40 hours per week
* 52 weeks per year

We are looking for a Head Chef to lead one of the school catering teams. The position will be responsible for providing a breakfast and lunch and dinner service, managing the team, maintaining stock control and planning menus.
The ideal candidate will have proven craft and management skills, a real passion for fresh food. Ideally qualified to NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary for working 40 hours per week. Typical shift patterns include 6am - 2pm or 11am - 7pm Monday to Friday. Weekends are done on rotation and would be 1 in 3.
