- Plans and provides technical and administrative direction to subordinate employees performing the work and functions of the organization.
- Develops and issues Center for Tobacco Product’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) program policies and procedures, including guidelines based upon new or revised legislation or recommendations to ensure compliance implementing FOIA.
- Plans, oversees and conducts management studies and analyses of Center for Tobacco Product’s FOIA program operations, formulating and implementing new processes and controls to improve the program efficiency and quality.
- Establishes and implements regular reporting to the division and leadership on task prioritization for the FOIA program that includes defining overall prioritization and communicating with management.
