Field and Hatchery Technical Sales Representative (Poultry)

- Join a supportive technical sales team to promote and provide technical service and create good relationship with distributors and end-users
- Manage a diverse territory in Taiwan: Kaohsiung, Pingtung and Chaiyi area
THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Field and Hatchery Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the sales promotion and after-sales service of all poultry products in Kaohsiung, Pingtung, and Chaiyi areas.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- To achieve the sales budget of each year within the approved expense budget
- To assist in order takings from poultry farms with the cooperation of distributors,
- To build up the networks of distributors of our products in his/her assigned territories of Taiwan if needed
- To collect end-customer data, screen the customers by segmentation and identify the key accounts
- To identify the needs of poultry farms by frequent visits, recommend appropriate products to satisfy customer’s needs and create the market demand
- To assist in organizing seminars, farmer meetings so as to teach the farmers how to use our products properly
- To provide regular after-sales service with added value and product training to poultry farms and distributors if needed
- To review the sales analysis of each product and customers every month and take appropriate actions so as to increase sales
- To report the situations of the market to supervisor monthly so that the supervisor can rectify the marketing strategy and action plans immediately. Those include: (1) Competitors’ pricing, bonus program and promotional activities, and (2) Complaints on our products from the customers and the distributors,
- To submit call note, review the results of the monthly activities, set the action plans with the supervisor each month
- To provide regular after-sales service including problem solving in equipment and hatchery operation and coordinate maintenance and repair of equipment
- To do hatchery service in every month and take appropriate actions so as to increase sales
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE
- Preferably has been working as salesman of poultry products for foreign animal health company
- Graduated from veterinary or animal sciences is preferable
- With 1-2 years working experience in poultry farms is preferable
- Fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese and English
- Willing to travel frequently and work in the field independently
- Good communication skill and selling skill
- Has driving licence
- Good in analytical and planning skill.
