KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Production/Technical & Clinical Trial Services 1. Assist in the overall management of all activities in all sections in the NUH Pharmacy Production Department to ensure services are maintained; informing the Assistant Head of Pharmacy - Production Services of workload changes likely to impact on safe working practices. 2. Final check and release medicines manufactured and prepared in NUH Pharmacy Production Units. 3. To maintain an awareness and knowledge of new medicines, advances in treatment and service developments to inform workload and workforce planning. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Pharmacist to join the Pharmacy Production team at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) . You will be responsible for assisting in the provision, management and development of safe and efficient pharmacy production service at NUH. This will include final checking and releasing medicines manufactured, prepared or assembled in the pharmacy production units at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH).

The Pharmacy Production department at NUH has four manufacturing areas. The Sterile Production Unit (SPU), Non-Sterile Manufacturing Unit (NSM) and Pharmacy Packing Unit (PPU) are based at the MHRA licensed facility at the Queens Medical Centre (QMC) campus. The Cytotoxic Chemotherapy Production Unit (Cytolab) is located at the City Hospital Campus. The post holder will be required to work at both the Sterile Production Unit and Cytotoxic Chemotherapy Production Unit (Cytolab) depending on the service demands.

As the Snr/Occupational Health Nurse you will be responsible to lead the Occupational Health (OH) Program for Amgen Singapore, which includes key aspects of both care management of employees and strategic OH planning.
