City Central Dental The ideal candidate will provide top-notch dental care support and excellent customer service at the front desk. This role is essential in ensuring our patients have a smooth and pleasant experience, from the moment they enter our office to the completion of their treatment. BenefitsTask & Responsibilities Assist the dentist during procedures by preparing patients, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring the efficient flow of dental processes. ? Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations by arranging instruments and materials. ? Take and develop dental X-rays as needed. ? Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care. ? Maintain accurate patient records and document dental treatments. ? Manage inventory and order dental supplies as necessary. Receptionist Duties: ? Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor. ? Schedule and confirm patient appointments, both over the phone and in person. ? Manage patient files and ensure accurate data entry into our dental practice management software. ? Handle billing and insurance verification, including collecting payments from patients. ? Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle patient inquiries efficiently. ? Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Qualification & Experience At least 1-2 years of experience working as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and equipment. Proficient in using dental practice management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
