We are looking for a highly motivated, appropriately skilled, reliable and enthusiastic maintenance assistant (water) that is able to work well under pressure to ensure the fabric of the hospital is maintained as a safe environment for patients, public and staff. You will provide and receive routine information to co-ordinate services and systems such as the help line. You will assist the Ventilation/Water Services Estates Offer where required to achieve compliance.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
To carry out PPM maintenance with the minimum of supervision .
To support water safety investigations and completion of remedial actions are carried out as required in the appropriate timescales.
