The Role:

• To provide local advice and support necessary to assist managers and staff to fulfill their safety responsibilities to the high standards demanded by the Business.
• To facilitate and coach operational teams on the respective engagement tools, which allow the team to engage effectively with the workforce.
• To carry out relevant H&S assurance activities, providing confidence to the business that operational effectiveness of all relevant processes is being delivered.

To work effectively within the structure and liaise appropriately with members of the MDT and other agencies by attending MDT meetings, case reviews. To ensure that accurate and timely written records are kept which comply with the Trust policy and HCPC guidance, reporting on any issues as appropriate. To provide specialist advice to all members of the multi-disciplinary team, service users and appropriate others, of changes involving current care plans, patients progress and other relevant matters that pertain to the care of the patient. To work within Trust and COT guidelines and to have a good working knowledge of national and local standards of practice in line with legal and operational requirements. To demonstrate a good understanding of Social Service and Health legislation. To support with day to day planning and delivery of a high quality care. Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving license* and have use of a vehicle. You cannot use public transport for this role as this is not a reliable form of transport and will not allow you to meet service needs. Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse - CRHTT - Cambridge OR Peterborough

Opportunity available for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to work within CRHTT, Based in Peterborough or Cambridge

The team sits within a CRHTT with the role predominantly working within our multidisciplinary team to contribute to our provision of dynamic solution focussed care. In the Crisis Team we value the different perspectives brought by each of our colleagues. We work with service users experiencing an acute episode of mental illness, so it is vital that we work collaboratively to co-develop a plan to support our service users and their families. Experience in mental state examination , risk assessment and care planning to manage crisis situations is essential . You will work with the MDT to plan and deliver interventions and work with other supporting services where appropriate.

The hours for this role are Full Time with shifts being a mix of Long Days and Nights across 7 days

The hourly rate for this role is:

Monday to Friday 06:00 - 20:00: £26
Saturday / Nights: £29
Sunday/Bank Holiday: £32
