We are currently seeking a temporary District Manager for the Southern region to become a member of our dynamic team. The role of the District Manager involves providing expert advice, leadership, coordination, and oversight to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of Primary and Public Health Care (PPHC) services.

The successful applicant will have:
Current Registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia or eligible for same
Graduate Certificate beyond entry-to-practice relevant to speciality area (for the permanent role)
Experience driving a manual vehicle and be eligible to obtain a NT Drivers Licence
Willingness to travel to remote communities by 4WD or light aircraft on a regular basis and stay for up to a week as required.

Responsibilities:

- Reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager, as a Team Leader you will ensure clinical excellence in delivering a range of services, ensuring a clear focus is maintained on business objectives, company values, service level agreements and effective relationships

- You will play a vital role in the health and wellbeing of a range of employees and use your specialist clinical skills to provide expert assessments and the right solutions to match the client's needs.

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a similar role.

- A diploma or degree in Occupational Health is preferable with experience in a commercial occupational health setting with previous extensive case management and health surveillance experience
