To work as a Team Leader for the Outpatient Appointments booking team at Wexham Park Hospital. To assist with the day to day running of the outpatient appointments team and support the Patient Pathway Co-ordinator.
To deputise in the Patient Pathway Co-ordinator absence and ensure all staff are trained appropriately. To be involved in transforming current work practices to meet all the Trust requirements.

To work as the Team Leader for the Outpatient Appointments team and be responsible for providing excellent customer service. To work with the line manager to ensure all staff are trained appropriately and help set up and maintain training records. To be responsible for the day to day management of staff including induction , appraisal and performance management. To deputise in the line manager's absence. To ensure all phone calls are dealt with in a professional and timely manner and adhere to the local targets set by the department and the Trust.
