The Registered Nurse Assist Nurse Manager (ANM) is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing or supervising direct patient care. Assumes responsibility for the coordination of care focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care. Duties Listed below but not limited to:

• Responsibility and accountability for the direction and supervision of specific orientation, training, development of staff, and evaluation of individual staff performance.
• ANM engages in professional organizations to enhance leadership and career growth. They adhere to ethical principles in decision-making, fostering accountability at personal, organizational, and staff levels.

• You will Plan, organize, and oversee the safety and occupational health program for NCIS.
• You will oversee the following programs: NCIS occupational injury/illness, property and equipment damage, motor vehicle safety, and Emergency Vehicle Operator.
• You will work with staff personnel, supervisors, and managers to determine occupation safety and health training needs to reduce or eliminate potential accidents.
• You will provide general publications, other educational material, and bulletin board services as appropriate to develop and maintain the interest in safety.
• You will maintain required records, monitors reports to determine adverse trends and identifies areas requiring greater safety emphases. Recommends and directs appropriate corrective action.
• You will serve as NCIS Fire Safety Officer and is responsible for conducting a vigorous program of fire prevention though continuing education of staff members and requiring physical inspection of the buildings.

• Meets and works with District Managers, SSI/CLRs, SIs, CLRs, to attempt informal resolutions before a civil penalty is assessed. Ensures resolutions are timely and consistent. Serve as a troubleshooter and catalyst to MSHA Districts and regional solicitors to identify bottlenecks and problems from a technical perspective; resolving and recommending resolutions; and resolving problems with dockets.
• Meets with high-level officials such as attorneys from the Solicitor's Office, Administrative Law Judges, and high-level officials within MSHA, the DOL, and other Federal and State agencies.
• Deals with the issues that relate to mine health and safety violations, citations, orders, conferences, and litigation procedures.
• Works directly with agency staff to provide overall technical and expert guidance as well as knowledge of regulations and enforcement policies.
• Serves as the administrator's representative at meetings with stakeholders to obtain their views and suggestions and convey the position of the agency with respect to the implementation of the program.
• Advises the administrator on all matters concerning the ACR program involving the formulation and revision of policies and strategies for the overall success of the program.
• Assists with the development, interpretation, and revision of a full range of safety and health standards, inspection procedures, and enforcement guidelines.
• Provides continuity and review strategies including those proposed by the districts to ensure consistency throughout the agency.
• Responsible for assuring MSHA is consistent and timely in compliance with the governing regulations and applies expertise to ensure conformity with legal procedures and the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission decisions.
• Provides guidance to help ensure uniformity when the CLR's identify circumstances that would meet selection criteria for a case being litigated.
• Identifies solutions to issues on or inconsistencies in interpreting and applying enforcement regulations, policies, and procedures consistently and accurately across program areas.
• Reviews all available tools and reports from other offices to ensure dockets are timely filed and all available resources are being used to support litigations.

• You will conduct Safety and Occupational Health surveys to evaluate the safety programs for risks or hazards in workplaces, facilities, and operations (e.g., industrial, warehouse, maintenance, range, tactical safety).
• You will advise higher level management on any Safety and Occupational Health matters to support operations; and will develop and conduct training/sessions for all assigned personnel.
• You will develop and implement command/installation instructions and policies involving various safety and explosive safety programs.
• You will be installation Explosive Safety Officer conducting inspections, audits, and assessments; reviewing qualification and certification programs; co-chairing explosive safety council; and informing leadership of program status.

MTs at this level have professional oversight responsibilities of a laboratory team. .The team leader facilitates team or unit processes by working in collaboration with team members to ensure that tasks, priorities and goals are coordinated with laboratory management. The incumbent also provides technical advice to staff and other health care members and oversees work assignments and work flow. The team leader is responsible for ensuring that staff follow all policies and procedures and is a subject matter authority when there are questions of a technical or professional nature. The incumbent may be responsible for reporting personnel absences and may be responsible for staff schedules and other assignments delegated by the departmental supervisors.

• Modifies or adapts new methods or techniques to improve or expand services.

• Ensures that laboratory tests and procedures are consistent with accrediting agencies standards and requirements.

• Performs validation/method verification studies for new systems.
• Consults with healthcare providers on logical protocol to follow in attempting to confirm the diagnosis or risk assessment of a patient.
• Provides advisory services to technicians, technologists, and other specialists.
• Independently performs venipuncture with minimal failure on all inpatients outpatients, and employees throughout the entire hospital complex utilizing universal blood and body fluid precautions, assigns priority to test request.

• Responsible for communicating initiatives, store needs between Store Manager and beauty associates and advisors, including providing feedback and coaching.
• Point of contact for Store Manager, Sephora training team and other partners. 
• Builds strong culture within the department and team through executing recognition programs to reward hospitality and sales. 
• Ensures Beauty associates complete all required training in a timely manner.
• Works with Store Manager and Sephora partners to identify additional training opportunities Beauty associates may need.
• Leads team to learn and expand their knowledge within the beauty industry
• Responsible for operational excellence, including cleanliness and hygiene standards within the department.
• Ensures visual elements of the shop are to company guidelines and any missing or damaged product/fixtures are corrected
• All merchandising operations are executed to Kohl’s + Sephora standards.

• Ability to stand and/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 8 hours).
