- Responsible for maintaining, updating, distributing, interpreting and implementing real property management policies and procedures impacting the use, acquisition or disposal of real property (Government-Owned or leased) within the Great Plains Area.
- Ensures that all legal requirements concerning real property matters are met and fulfilled.
- Prepares applications for leases, revocable licenses, use permits, easements, etc. for use by IHS or for use of IHS-controlled property by tribes and third-parties.
- Responsible for maintaining, updating, and implementing the Internet Quarters Management Information System (iQMIS) and providing technical assistance regarding quarters procedures, policies, requirements, and tenant issues.
