Registered Home Manager - Bodmin
Nurse Seekers are proud to be assisting a well respected care group in their search for a Registered Manager to manage their residential Care Home in Bodmin.
The group prides itself on providing the highest levels of care and is seeking an experienced Manager to take the home to the next level and instil their ethos of excellency.
The successful candidate will be registered to manage a home and have a track record of managing homes with good or outstanding CQC records. The main duty of the role will be to provide effective leadership to staff in the home and be responsible for the day to day running and the continuous improvement of the site.
The successful candidate must have:
- NVQ Level 5 qualification in Management
- Experience of Managing a Residential Care Home
- Strong Leadership skills
- Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
- Full right to work in the UK. (Sponsorship is NOT available)
