The main duties of the post are:

Infection Prevention and Control Roles and Responsibilities

37.5 hours per week

Working as part of the Waltham Forest Rapid Response team you will experience a rewarding and varied day, everyday.

Waltham Forest Rapid Response Team is 24 hours 7days a week multidisciplinary service, providing a crisis response service with a two hour response to referrals from various health and social care organisations and GPs.

The service aims to: avoid unnecessary hospital admissions; support hospital discharges; provide unplanned nursing/therapy care 24/7 including crisis management for patients at the end of their life and pick up falls in their own home.


You will
• Work collaboratively with health and social care professionals across the borough and Integrated Care System.
• Liaise with other teams/organisation to plan joint care and safe discharges
• Support the delivery of complex nursing care with other multi-disciplinary agencies.
• Delivering aspects of community based interventions across nursing, social and therapy specialities.
• Be able to develop and extend your skills into areas where you may have less knowledge and/or experience. A willingness to learn is therefore key.
• Work collaboratively and carryout joint visits with MDT colleagues within the team to promote holistic person-centred assessment and approach to care
• Participation in clinical supervision
• Be supportive of colleagues
• Contribute towards and carryout audits within the service
• Report incidents appropriately using trust and national frameworks and help support any lessons learnt within the service.

Starting with NELFT
NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focusing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. Updating and re-sequencing make up stands in major high street retailers, working with leading brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Nyx Professional Make Up, Max Factor, Rimmel and Maybelline.

Momentum Instore have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Beauty Merchandiser on a flexible basis, working 8-hour days Monday to Friday as and when we have projects (2025).

Work throughout 2025 on a project-by-project basis.

Role and Responsibilities


Visiting retailers and using detailed planograms to update the stand (attention to detail)
Moving and installing new parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
Changing over the visuals/graphics
Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store
Travelling to your depot* for kit collection, which is paid time.

Probationary Period

This post will be subject to a probationary period. Internal applicants are exempt from the probationary period (unless you are an internal applicant currently part way through a probationary period or currently a bank member of staff).



Starting with NELFT

NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focusing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.



High Cost Area Supplement – London

This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £4,313 and a maximum payment of £5,436 per annum pro rata).

The post-holder will be employed on a wide range of fault-finding and maintenance duties.

She/he will be responsible for maintaining all Building Fabric, Mechanical & Electricalbuilding services and equipment within the Trust properties.

• To ensure all Health and Safety Control and Asbestos, COSHH and permit to worksystems are adhered to at all times. Reporting any non-safe practices or faultyequipment which could affect their own safety and that of any employee throughoutthe Trust, or Trust property.

• To follow departmental and the Trust’s operating policies and procedures whenundertaking this role.

• Required to work on his/her own initiative unsupervised within the standard operatingprocedures and prioritise the work schedule.

• To maintain good working relationships and communicate effectively, especially onthe routine technical information with the recipients who may not be specialists in thetechnical field.

• The post holder shall hold CP accreditations and perform Competent Person (CP)duties for which they are suitably experienced, trained or qualified and appointed

• To participate in the Estates On Call rotas covering various Trust sites as directed.
