Key Role:

Support the occupational safety and health (OSH) technical and program management functions for federal clients and develop and deliver formal OSH training coursework. Conduct industrial hygiene monitoring for physical, radiological, chemical, and biological hazards in a laboratory and field environment and assist with the preparation of reports and metrics, including training records, medical surveillance, occupational illness and injuries, and semi-annual audit reports. Coordinate annual chemical fume hood and biosafety cabinet certification and repair of dysfunctional units, and assist with managing the facility’s chemical inventory system, including generating reports, performing chemical inventory updates, managing user access, and training. Research regulations, consensus standards, and other literature to inform the development and annual update of OSH programs. Perform ergonomic assessments in lab and office spaces, provide sound recommendations to mitigate workplace injuries, perform indoor air quality investigations upon request, and assist with personal protective equipment (PPE) assessments, job hazard analyses (JHA), and engineering control assessments. Assist with conducting semi-annual facility safety audits and aid staff to implement corrective actions and investigate safety and health issues, including accidents and near-misses, and follow-up with relevant parties for resolution. Provide backup support to a radiation safety program, including package check-in, quarterly surveys, and records management and support to an environmental compliance program, including waste area inspections, fuel storage area inspections, and reporting.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with research and development laboratory environments
• Experience with state and federal occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations

The registered professional nurse Home Therapies RN CAP 1 is an entry level designation into the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP).  This position is accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs all essential functions under the direction of the Supervisor with guidance from the Educator, Preceptor or in collaboration with another Registered Nurse.

Job Summary

The VP Sales & Marketing is responsible for leading the commercial organization for Nordson Medical Interventional Solutions.  This position supervises and manages Regional and Strategic Account sales teams in North America, Europe and Asia, the Customer Service team, as well as Marketing Communications, and eCommerce.  The VP Sales & Marketing generates strategic selling plans and develops metrics and systems to provide oversight to ensure business development targets are met.  The VP Sales & Marketing coordinates with the growth and strategy and operations teams to ensure the overall initiatives for the business operate together efficiently.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Plans and develops commercial strategy for sales of Nordson Medical Interventional Solutions products inclusive of determining correct selling channels, sales force organization, and account/region assignments.
• Plans customer success strategies using the Ascend Strategy framework.
• Utilizes the Nordson Business System, NBS Next, to develop commercial strategies to meet business growth and deliver on overall division objectives.
• Leads the development and execution of account plans for strategic accounts in line with business targets.
• Establishes relationships with key leadership at strategic accounts to deepen business through the development of strategic interactions with account decision makers.
• Manages contracts and supply agreements for key accounts.
• Manages the global customer service team, ensuring best in class service levels; establishes and monitors customer service metrics and implements improvements when required.
• Develops sales targets and expense budgets for the regional and strategic account management teams.  Prepares regular and special sales reports.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration.  MBA a plus.

• 10 years progressive direct sales/account leadership experience in the medical device industry managing a sales budget more than $100 million including past supervisory experience.

• Experience in developing sales channel strategies.
• Experience leading/developing a sales team.
• Experience managing P&L and budget spend.
• Experience in customer/contract negotiations.

About the role:

As Sales Representative Ostomy Reorder, you will act as a direct point of contact, providing effective customer service and facilitating the placement of orders for existing customers. This is a 100% remote, work from home position!

Key responsibilities will include:

• Articulate the features/benefits of Ostomy and ancillary product lines and provide knowledge of all aspects of use and maintenance of medical supply equipment.

• Track daily production and meet key performance indicators established by management including, but not limited to total calls, orders placed, ACW/Pause %, etc.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism on every call and provide exceptional customer service to all Liberator customers.

• Effectively manage orders through detailed call scheduling and timely follow up.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide organizational leadership for associate, health and wellness. Coordinate day-to-day implementation of industrial health, ergonomic and wellness programs, such as Blood Borne Pathogen, Safety Committee Meetings, and Safety Audits.

• Coordinate BBP program and Hepatitis B immunization tracking. Ensure site compliance with federal state, local, and company policies (OSHA, DOT, etc.).

Maintains OSHA 300 Log, Incident Rate reporting, Safety Index and incident tracking databases.  Gather and compute necessary related metrics for various time periods and as needed for plant, region and corporate worldwide metrics weekly/monthly reporting information

• Manage the Respiratory clearance program and oversee respiratory FIT tests.

• Administer site’s Workers Compensation program.

• Administer site Physical Capacity Profile program.

• Provide case management for occupational injuries, and integrated disability management as the liaison between associates, department managers, health care providers, and insurers to minimize worker’s compensation/disability costs and lost-work time.

• Minimize absenteeism and health care costs by on-site provision of professional care for minor illnesses and injuries. 

• Determine appropriateness of any restricted duty requests. Provides guidance on ergonomic issues related to workplace and workstations.

• Ensure employment-related medical screenings and procedures are effective and compliant.

• Provide elevated care per standing orders and medical surveillance protocols.

• Handle Personally-identifiable Health Information (PHI) in communicating with medical providers.

• Lead site-wide pandemic response

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Provide administrative and clinical support in a community-based and/or office-based setting.  Patient care would include taking vital signs, administering injections, providing linkages to services, and confirming prescriptions at the pharmacy. Administrative duties can include answering the phones, scheduling appointments, and completing prior authorizations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administers injections, completes vital signs, height, weight, and drug screens, and reviews medical instructions with clients.

• Enters written documentation into electronic medical record in a timely manner for all services rendered.

• Completes activities necessary to ensure efficient operations of clinic or program, including but not limited to, helping to obtain medications, reviewing and providing medical records to providers, and completing related documentation and authorizations.

• Maintains linkage with community partners to provide necessary linkages.

• Works with Centerstone staff to ensure continuity of care for clients.

• Triage medication and care related calls from clients, families, stakeholders, etc. and coordinates necessary physician involvement.

• Completes all required agency trainings to maintain 100% compliance.  Additional training and/or certification may be required based on specific program guidelines.
