We are a dynamic 50-year-old group practice in ophthalmology located in Ipoh, Perak. We strive to uphold the highest standards in patient care and ophthalmic services, constantly exploring innovative ways through cutting-edge technologies, to better serve our communities. 

LEC Eye Centre was founded in 1974 as Lee Eye Clinic, under the sole proprietorship of Dato’ Dr.Y.C. Lee. His vision was to provide affordable, quality eye care services to Perakians and his practice of medicine was based on his guiding principles of professionalism, impeccable Customer Service, and excellent outcomes for his patients.

From a private practice in 1974, Lee Eye Clinic was transformed into a group practice and became known as Lee Eye Centre (LEC) in 1999 with the addition of two Consultant Eye Surgeons. LEC has gone from strength to strength with the expansion of clinical services to include Retinal Surgery in 2009 and Laser Vision Correction in 2011 and now has a total of four Consultant Eye Surgeons making it one of the largest Private Eye Care Centre in Perak.

ICare provides a wide selection of designer frames, quality lenses, and fashion sunwear is available together with prescription and specialty contact lenses.

Wellchem was founded by a few friends who share strong passion and desire to deliver quality health products and services to the health and well-being of the community. Harnessing their different strengths and expertise together, they dedicated their effort to source for unique and quality, safe and efficacious products within and beyond the shores of Malaysia. Wellchem began with a humble background with the initial 3 to a 50 strong workforce today and still growing. Starting with 2 agencies, Wellchem grew and now represents more than 10 agencies, from many internationally leading and renowned R&D Suppliers and Manufacturers, which encompass various pharmaceutical and medical disciplines. With proven science based products, many patients benefitted through improvement of the rehabilitative and recovery processes, thus enjoying a better quality of life.
