What we're looking for
You are an enthusiastic and motivated individual ready for the next step into your HR career. You are a multi-tasker and can work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update the team on your various projects.
What you will be doing?
As a Talent and Culture Coordinator, you will undertake a dynamic role that encompasses the coordination of Talent and Culture duties. You will process day-to-day administration of the department in an accurate and timely manner.
You will assist in the management of all recruitment, personnel, training and development activities ensuring they meet the operational needs of the hotel whilst falling within the guidelines of AccorHotels’ Talent & Culture policies and initiatives.
This role reports directly to the Director of Talent & Culture. You will be ensuring that all employees have a consistent and exceptional Talent experience.
