We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Advisor (C) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers while ensuring that their experience with our organization is seamless and enjoyable. As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, and thus, your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will be key to resolving inquiries and building rapport. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing customer queries via phone, email, and live chat, providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all interactions uphold the company's service standards. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve complaints efficiently and effectively.
Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures to assist customers accurately.
Document customer interactions and ensure follow-up as necessary to guarantee satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and practices.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn and grow.

End Time: 16:00
Pay Per Hour: £28.50
Location: Derby, Derbyshire
