As the HR & Admin Support, you will be responsible to assist with Human Resources, Office Managment, and general Operations support. Tasks will be related to HR, Customer Services, Administration and Office Management, and other business support as needed.

Main Responsibilities include:
- Assist the HR team to effectively manage hiring, training, joining procedures, company activities, website, people’s benefits, files management, and more;
- Be responsible for the office management and administration matters;
- Help build and maintain a dynamic and unique company culture;
- Assist the operations and sales with preparing quotations, generate reports, follow up invoices, documentation management, and service ticket coordination;
- Proactively help solve problems;
- Working with other team members to increase value.
