Roles & Responibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
- Implement HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of HR policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management and organise annual employee performance reviews
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metric
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Address employees’ request and grievances in a timely manner
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions
- Liaise with other departments or functions i.e. payroll
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
- Lead and manage HR digitalization and transformation projects
- Prepare HR reports
- Manage and oversee payroll matters for full time and part time staff
- Manage Employee Communication matters including developing electronic direct mail (EDM)
- Manage vouchers and Gift cards
- Organise events e.g. promotion ceremony, birthday celebration
- Experience in raising change request (CR) and User Acceptance test (UAT)
- Preferably with experience in SAP
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager
Skills & Requirements
- Degree in any field
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience (HR/Admin)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good knowledge of employment laws, regulations, market practices and general business environment
- Positive, resourceful and curious to learn
- Prior experience with using SAP would be an advantage
