Following up with hiring managers to determine interest in highly rated candidates
Performing phone screens and scheduling interviews
Following up with candidates (i.e., acceptance or rejection emails)
Assist Associate Care Manager with to determining effective recruitment strategy, including identifying appropriate job boards to use, job fairs to attend, and when to engage third party recruiters.
Track key recruitment metrics and prepares reports
Assist in background screens, reference checks, and new hire onboarding.
Manage applicant tracking systems within SmartRecruiters to track hiring status and employee turnover and submit weekly reports to Associate Care Manager
