Be responsible for a perimeter of 80 to 100 annual hiring in more than 10 countries.
Write and advertise job offers online and source the right channels in each country.
Identify and source candidates’ profiles globally on various job boards.
Screen CVs and select candidates’ applications to arrange phone and videocall interviews.
Conduct HR interviews to establish a candidates' shortlist for each position and introduce them to hiring managers.
Coordinate interviews' arrangement with line managers and ensure a smooth process while meeting tight deadlines.
Handle full process of job offer preparation, extension to the candidate and employment contract preparation.
Ensure a smooth on-boarding of newcomers within the company and provide them with all Company and HR policies.
Act as an HR contact point to address employee's HR enquiries in your perimeter.
