- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening pipeline candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with interviewers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as required.
- Support the onboarding process for new cohort
Recruitment Intern Qualifications / Skills:
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Previous internship or coursework related to recruitment or human resources is a plus.
