Job Overview:
The HR Business Insight Advisor works closely with HR Business Partners to provide coaching, advice, and guidance on management activities that impact business objectives. This role acts as a crucial link between business units and HR, offering strategic insight through data analysis and management information. The position also plays a key role in improving managerial capabilities, ensuring that HR policies and procedures are understood and effectively implemented across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Data-Driven Insights:
   Utilise HR data analytics to identify trends, highlight areas of concern such as high sickness rates, stress absences, or overdue appraisals. Provide actionable insights to senior management, helping drive improvements aligned with organisational priorities and KPIs.
2. Second-Line HR Support:
   Provide expert advice and support to managers on complex HR issues after initial problem-solving attempts, ensuring accurate interpretation and application of HR policies. Escalate cases where necessary and provide input on key employee relations matters.
3. Upskilling and Training:
   Design, develop, and deliver training sessions aimed at enhancing management skills. Focus on empowering managers to take ownership of HR issues, reducing reliance on HR for day-to-day concerns, and fostering a culture of proactive leadership.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
   Act as a spokesperson for HR policies, ensuring managers understand and apply guidance effectively. Conduct workshops, facilitate meetings, and engage with various stakeholders across all levels to promote best practices.
5. Organisational Transformation Support:
   Contribute to end-to-end organisational transformation projects by providing HR insights and support. Assist with the implementation of new initiatives to improve employee engagement and streamline operational processes.
6. Collaboration with HR Teams:
   Work closely with HR colleagues to ensure HR policies and processes are up to date and fit for purpose. Participate in key projects aimed at enhancing the HR function and maintaining an excellent HR customer brand.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in HR advisory services, with experience providing advice and guidance to managers in a complex, unionised, or public-sector environment.
• Proficiency in analysing HR management information to generate data-driven insights that inform business decisions.
• Experience in developing and delivering training for line managers, with the ability to create engaging content and facilitate workshops.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working within an HR Shared Services environment (desirable).

Qualifications:

• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or a willingness to work towards it).
• Demonstrated understanding of employee relations, case management, and best HR practices.
• Commitment to continuous professional development, staying updated with current HR trends and policies.

This role primarily provides support to the Total Rewards (TR) Department in the implementation and maintenance of compensation programs and related systems. Such programs include annual compensation planning and base pay program, bonus and other incentive plans, job evaluations, market pricing, ad hoc salary analysis, salary structure development and analytics and salary survey participation.

• Supports in performing assigned compensation activities and ensure compliance based on standard operating processes, SLA, KPIs, and relevant policies. 
• Performs audits of HR data such as compensation and rewards
• Participates in assigned activities relevant to annual salary surveys and various ad-hoc compensation requests as needed.
• Provides administrative and maintenance support related to Workday and other relevant HR systems
• Gathers information and documentation to assist in resolving straight forward issues within the assigned process
• Perform communication maintenance activities and monitors the tools relevant to Compensation Team such as email inbox, ticketing software, and other relevant HR tools.
• Prepares, submits, tracks and audits requests received through various platforms such as email inbox and ticketing tool
• Generates regular reports related to transactions such as volume, types, and status
• Maintains current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required
• Assists in day-to-day transactions under Stock Plan administration
• Monitors comprehensive list of LTI awards in various parts of the business
• May assist with department initiatives and projects by performing advanced research and/or analysis. Advance approval is required when there are financial implications.
• Escalate and analyze identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
• Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.
• Perform simple but varied tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures.
• Assess identified issues and collate documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving common and recurring issues.
• Support selected simple process improvement initiatives to streamline processes.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as requested or assigned

The Role Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment and Resourcing Manager to join our clients team on a temporary basis for up to 6 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of eight recruitment professionals and ensuring the delivery of a customer-focused advisory and transactionl operational service throughout the employee life-cycle.

Your key duties within the role will include:

• Lead and manage the Recruitment and Resourcing Team, covering engagement, performance, setting expectations, driving improvement and change, and allocation of work in a fair and equitable way
• Provide a proactive, consultative recruitment service, advising and supporting on attraction strategies to fill volume and hard-to-fill roles, maximising the power of social media and advocacy, upskilling managers on the ATS, providing best-in-class candidate experience, and ultimately being accountable for the delivery of talent to meet demand
• Define and introduce recruitment KPIs to allow the team to create a baseline and then track progress and improvement throughout the journey of change and transformation
• Manage senior and specialist recruitment campaigns, support in defining a specification and process to deliver a new ATS, implementing direct sourcing tools and capabilities, identifying and implementing strategic relationships with advertising/job board partners, and helping to define and launch EVP and Employer branding
• Support the strategic review and design of the team to deliver fit for purpose structures within time and budgetary constraints

Key requirements

• CIPD qualified to current level 7 and MCIPD
• Significant experience of managing a recruitment and resourcing service that is customer and solution focused
• Experience of developing and implementing attraction strategies and policies to encourage a diverse range of applicants
• Experience of developing services, systems and processes that are customer-focused and achieve defined organisation/service outcomes
• Experience working in partnership with all levels of management with HR colleagues and internal and external agencies to effectively recruit the best talent
