We are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our Recruitment Team at NHSE. This is an exciting time to join us.
As a team we have exciting and ambitious plans, and we would like you to be part of that. Some of these include a review of all our candidate selection documentation, delivery of recruitment training to our managers, building on initiatives and commitments to support diversity and equality in our recruitment processes, and building our branding strategy focusing on becoming an employer of choice.
NHSE is the national digital, data and technology partner for the NHS and social care system. We design, build, deploy and operate national products, platforms and data services for patients, clinicians, those who manage the system and researchers in the NHS, academia and the life sciences sector. Our systems serve up to 53 million citizens and 1.3 million NHS staff.
This is a fixed term role until March 31st March 2025.
• You will play a pivotal role in bringing in new talent who will deliver on the amazing products and programmes of work we create here at NHSE.
• Your focus will be supporting and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Activities will include developing attractive recruitment campaigns, proactively sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process through to offer and onboarding.
• The candidate journey is important to us and ensuring candidates have a positive experience when looking to join us will be a key part of this role.
In April 2023, NHS England, NHS Digital, and Health Education England merged to create a new, single organisation to lead the NHS in England. Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.
• Put the customer at the heart of everything we do and look for ways to continually improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Proactively contact candidates to provide guidance and support as they progress through the recruitment journey.
• Proactively source and attract candidates using various methods including social media aligned to our diversity strategy.
• Work with the Recruitment Business Partners to create compelling, enticing and interesting job adverts to ensure we attract the right calibre and diversity of candidates.
• Work with the wider Recruitment team to provide subject matter expertise on policies, process and procedures covering the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Maintain and assuring data quality and information in relation to HR Recruitment activity.
