In this role, you will collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders at all levels, managing the entire recruitment life cycle for both project-based and corporate positions. The Role

Providing a high level of customer service and partner with the Hiring Managers to deliver on recruitment objectives.
The ability to be agile and problem solve in a fast paced ever changing environment.
Arranging on-boarding for successful candidates including arranging on-line training in conjunction with the Mobilisations team where appropriate.
Strong administration skills and able to handle multiple projects at once.
Create job advertisements, screen, and shortlist high quality candidates for our shutdown core crew.
Ensure all employees have a consistent and positive recruitment experience.
Engaging with internal stakeholders to identify requirements, skills and qualifications required for each project.
Creating and maintaining talent pools.


About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
Previous experience with recruiting high volume recruitment activities and end to end recruitment.
Strong Microsoft Office suite experience.
Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Responsible for office’s day to day HR & administrative related work duties
• Handling of foreign workers MOM related matters.
• Manage the whole employee life cycle, from recruitment, on-boarding, dormitory etc.
• Generate HR reports when requested by the management/accounts department.

• Assist in yearly IR8A processing to auto inclusive.
• Proceed with IR21 submission while foreign worker resigns.

Job Responsibilities

• Full set of payroll processing and statutory submissions for 1000+ headcount
• Record keeping of employee’s Personal File and ensure accurate information are updated
• To handle Time Management System and verifying total number of hours and overtime that employees have worked
• Calculating and issuing salary accordingly through bank transfer to employees (two payroll runs a month)
• Processing deductions (if any)
• Processing medical claims (if any)
• To handle Leave Administration matters
• Prepares monthly payroll report
• Process payroll and necessary exit clearance for exit staff
• To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma level or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experiences
• Good interpersonal skills, independent and positive working attitude
• Experience in SAP and TMS is an added advantage
• Experience in Construction field is an added advantage
