Human Recourse Advisor / coord. - £33000 = benefits Hybrid – Manchester / Wavertree
Assist in providing a proactive and professional support service to management and employees on a wide range of employment and employee relations matters.
Provide a high-quality HR service to our managers, employees and candidates and other relevant outside bodies.
Forge and maintain strong and effective relationships to support the delivery of Bedspace objectives.


Provide HR advice, coaching and support to managers and employees on people related issues, including:
• Guidance on our policies and processes
• Terms and conditions of employment
• Managing teams to high performance
• Managing under performance
• Sickness and absence management
• Disciplinary and grievance
Working closely with the HRBP and HR Officer to deliver a great, customer focussed service with a business partnering approach. Coaching the HR Officer on ER matters.

Supporting recruitment & on-boarding , providing advice and guidance to hiring managers, and supporting the team with on-boarding checks in line with our safer recruitment policy.
Following processes, keeping information and data up-to-date and advising our managers on HR processes.
Working with the HR Officer and Data Officer, undertake compliance auditing etc

We are looking for...

Someone to provide support and guidance to Homes within the allocated region ensuring comprehensive, professional and cost effective HR delivery in all areas. Work with Home Managers, and regional team members, to build a positive relationships to enhance employment engagement and ensure efficiencies in staff management, identifying issues and providing solutions in an effective way.


To contribute to the development of the HR function and to HR policies and plans that enable company objectives to be achieved
To ensure effective management of employee relations cases, taking due account of best practice, employment legislation and risk to Advinia



Provide expert advice, as required, in disciplinary and Grievance hearings
Address Sickness Absence in a timely manner, dealing with all long-term sickness cases with Home Managers and ensure the Bradford Factor is being used effectively


Essential Skills...


At least 2 years HR experience & Up to date Employment Law knowledge & good employment practices
Multi-Site & Healthcare HR Delivery preferable but not essential
Full UK Driving Licence and have access to a car
