Job duty statement
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions fairly.
• Develop and manage performance management systems to align with organisational goals.
• Administer employee compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with Australian wage laws and represent the company in liaison & negotiations with unions re- work conditions including pay
• Develop HR strategies, keep track of the polices and make sure they are always updated along with their execution and annual review.
• Ensure payroll compliance and run payroll processing.
• Support leaders to work with their teams effectively.
• Policy writing and optimisation.
• Lead, develop and implement talent attraction and retention strategies.
• Conduct resourcing needs analysis to understand current & future workforce requirements.
• Network with potential hires through professional groups, on social media or during events.
• Support the review and optimisation of the organisations health, safety and wellbeing management system.
• representing the organisation in negotiations with unions and employees to determine remuneration and other conditions of employment
