Responsibilities of the Receptionist/Administrator:

• Answer all telephone calls that come through to Reception

• As requested, you may be required to create and amend staff rotas as well as booking and cancelling agency staff

• Manage the signing in book daily, making sure this is in place for each day and all visitors sign in and out
• Updating the internal HR/ clocking in system
• Raising purchase orders and filing accordingly

• Communicating with the team via People Planner messages, email, letters and through memos when required

Requirements of the Receptionist/Administrator:

• At least a years' experience of working in a Receptionist or Administration role
• A Driving license and vehicle due to a difficult location
• A minimum of two COVID-19 vaccinations
• Satisfactory provision on an enhanced DBS (provided once employed)
• Healthcare experience or transferable from another industry
• IT literate to include the use of Microsoft Office

**To be considered for this position you should have achieved or be working towards a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or hold equivalent qualification**

As a Service Manager your key responsibilities include:
• You will lead and work with a team to provide operational and strategic direction, setting clearly defined work objectives efficiently and effectively for both yourself and others and ensuring these are successfully achieved against agreed timelines and directives
• Ensuring that the service is run in an efficient and responsible manner, balancing the achievement of budget with the ethos of excellent quality
• Effective management of financial performance, ensuring financial resources are appropriately managed & controlled
• Promote quality assurance, working towards legal, clinical, statutory and organisational obligations, to develop effective work strategies and processes, to ensure that the business is run in an efficient and responsible manner, balancing the maximisation of profitability with the ethos of excellent quality
• Ensuring full and accurate reporting of management information via CMT and the Compliance Report

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Plenty of experience working with those with learning disabilities or complex behaviours
• Have come from a supported living or residential background
• You’ll have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident, flexible, and efficient, you’re happy to work on a shift basis, and, where required, to be on call
• Above all, you’ll be committed to providing person-centred care that gives real equality of opportunity to all those you’re working for

Assembling state of the art, complex, high value electronics - you will be working to the highest standards, working to a right first time ethos at all times.

This is a busy time for our client, so they are looking for a Wirer to start immediately.

Wirer Requirements:

1. Must have experience of Assembling, Wiring, Box build and Soldering within a high-end production environment
2. Previous experience of working to IPC Standards (620, J-Std, 7711/21 etc) - certifications is not essential but any experience is greatly beneficial
3. Proven experience of all aspects of box build manufacturing processes
4. Have good attention to detail to maintain or exceed high levels of production standards
5. Must have experience of working in a high technology environment
   

Wirer Responsibilities:

1. Working in a small team of specialised assembly technicians assembling complex, high value, electronic products in small/medium volumes
2. Regular wiring, PCB / Component soldering, cable assembly and electro-mechanical assembly
3. Production of products to the highest quality and reliability standards are paramount
4. Perform/prepare build, test or inspection activities before and during product manufacturing
5. Proven ability to understand and follow technical drawings
6. Support inspection of electronics assembly
7. Contribute to the process of continuous improvements to achieving zero defects in accordance with ISO9001
