You will have the opportunity to support the Recruitment Team to deliver an excellent recruitment journey for our applicants and support our Managers in the recruitment process.
You will be self-motivated with a diligent approach to customer service delivery and be able to plan and prioritise your/your team’s workload.
You will review and continually improve the recruitment process, ensuring a streamlined recruitment process that allows posts to be filled quickly and efficiently.
Educated to SVQ Level 3, HNC or equivalent (or working towards this) and with an extended level of relevant experience of working within an HR environment, you will have excellent telephone and written communication skills and the ability to provide information clearly and concisely. With good organisational skills you will have the ability to prioritise and meet agreed deadlines while demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy. You will be flexible and adaptable with the ability to use your initiative appropriately. You will be numerate and IT literate with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office. You will be able to relate to all members of staff and maintain a high degree of confidentiality pertaining to all aspects of work.
