Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our HGV Driving and industrial Divisions based in the heart of Worcester.

Pure Staff opened in 2009 as specialists in the HGV Driving and Industrial Recruitment sectors, the company has grown year on year since the company was founded in 2009. Due to the Growth of the business in 2024 we are now looking for an additional 4 x Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding both our Driving and Industrial teams!

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will be sales biased with a proven background of selling to new and existing businesses within a variety of different sectors, other sales back grounds will be considered.

What does a 360 recruitment consultant job involve day to day?

• Sales to new and existing customers
• Customer Service
• Prioritise tasks day to day
• Good admin skills
• Attention to Detail
• Interviewing Candidates
• Good Communication between your team and customers
• On call duties outside of working hours (once every 5/6 weeks - once training is complete)

Trainee Recruitment consultants are expected to work 42.5 hours per week paid in week 1 between the hours of 0800-1730 Monday to Friday with 1 hour's lunch per day (not paid). Week 2's working week is 34 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 0800-1730 - that's a 34 hour working week every other week at a full weeks pay! Please note all consultants will need to be flexible towards working hours due to the nature of the job. Salary for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is £25,282.40 plus monthly commission following a successful probation period in your first 3 months! Progression and salary increases over time (based on performance) a realistic earning in your first year can lead to OTE of £27k+!

You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, transactions, and other relevant data. You will be responsible for efficiently inputting and managing data within their systems, ensuring precision and consistency to support the smooth operation of their stores and supply chain processes.


Day to day duties and responsibilities:
Accurately input and update inventory data, including item codes, descriptions, quantities, and locations into the designated database or inventory management system.
Maintain organised and comprehensive documentation of all inventory-related activities, including invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Procurement, Logistics, and Finance, to coordinate inventory-related activities and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.



Previous skills and experience needed:

Proficiency in data entry and data management procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.

- Ensure that all management Information is reported to branch manager within agreed timescales.
