STAFF ASSISTANT

• Responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the Division Manager in her day-to-day activities and to the division in general on the daily administrative and operational requirements. Also, responsible for controlling documents related to the division’s QMS. Schedules and monitors the utilization of the division-assigned vehicle. Monitors and/or processes division staff documents and requests (like requests for payment, leave applications, purchase orders and requisitions, airline tickets and bookings, etc.) within the division or with the other divisions. Handles divisional account receivables, which includes sending the statement of account/invoice to client companies, following up clients, scheduling collections, and coordinating collection with appropriate collectors/messengers. Requests for and maintains the division’s office supplies.

OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

• Responsible for over-all coordination of the certification process of client companies in support to the division in the area of documents, materials, package and invoice preparation and file/database maintenance. Identify and plan all activities - audits, and any other activities, that are due for scheduling across all sectors of the division.

You will be part of the Human Resources (HR) team and closely work with the team on end-to-end Recruitment process 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support with recruitment activities including sourcing, selection process, pre-screening, interviewing and short listing of candidates in permanent, temporary and internship positions.
• Assists the Recruitment Manager in pooling for talents
• Support with managing candidate interviews.
• Conducts interviews and assessments for outsourced/casual applicants and other related tasks for recruitment
• Coordinate with Agency Area Supervisors on interview logistics
• Other administrative tasks related to recruitment

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sourcing applicants and finding the best candidates
• Screening resumes and candidates - through e-mail, phone call and web (100% English)
• Facilitating quality interviews
• Negotiating salary and hiring requirements with stakeholders
• Attending job fairs and hiring events
• Generating reports for the Recruitment leadership and company stakeholders as needed
• Tracking staffing information and properly maintaining employee database
• Communicating effectively with candidates
• Managing background and reference checks

Monthly Salary: PHP 23,000

• At least internship experience in recruiting (any field will do, BPO is an advantage)
• Amenable to work ONSITE in Makati and/or Mandaluyong
• Amenable to work night shifts and on weekends
• Above average English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient in using Canva, Powerpoint, MS Outlook and Teams
